Games-room! Quiet, Free Parking -By KOSH

Positive: The location was very good & the customer service was very good. There were sufficient amenities in the kitchen + enough linen for the stay. Parking was also not an issue. We really enjoyed the quiet neighbourhood. The water pressure in the shower was very good. The body wash and shampoo that we enjoyed as it had a pleasant. Negative: When we arrived at the accommodation and opened the ranch slider, we were met by about 30 flies sitting on the furniture. The walls in the rooms had quite a bit of scuff marks and there was leftover dish powder and the washing machine, but after a quick call to the host it was remedied the next morning. The mattresses were extremely hard to sleep on and after a quick Google found that they could get the softer version of this brand of mattress for an extra 200 bucks for a queen size from the manufacturer. We occupied two different rooms and both of us thought that the beds were extremely hard as they are probably only about 15 to 20 cm thick. Some of the cutlery looked like it had just been used. For example, the steak knives in the wooden sheath looked like it had recently been used to cut some sort of cheese or cold meat or something and a Charcuterie board still had leftover food on it. Also, and this is probably an issue with all accommodation, please use fitted sheets and not flat sheets for the bottom sheet. Naturally paying about $250 per night, you would expect things to be in a little bit better condition. In saying this, if those things are remedied I would possibly look at using this listing again. Lovely spot in a pleasant part of town Positive: Location was perfect. The property was in a peaceful part of town so super quiet. Everything was neat and tidy on arrival. There were plenty of instruction on gaining access to the property also which was super convenient. Negative: Nothing to complain about. This was a lovely property and very easy for us to enjoy as a group. It matched up well with the photos on the Booking.com website which is always appreciated. 10/10, no complaints
