Great place! Recommended Positive: Great appartment! We really loved it and everything was clean and nice. Negative: I had some issues getting the key from the box but it was raining and with foggy glasses it was not easy. I got it open after a few min. Other than that everything was abselutely great!

Positive: Lovely and comfortable place. Negative: Nothing

Such a beautiful and relaxing place to stay, almost didn't want to leave to explore the town ;-) Positive: Super easy, and all details supplied.

Total disaster Positive: No opportunity to like anything. In all the emails we did not receive an access code therefore could not even get into the accommodation. Negative: The fact that given assurances by phone that access would be available at 11pm by a phone call on arrival this was not the case. The computerised phone system options did not get us anywhere.

Negative: I did not like that you were charged $25 non refundable damage deposit. What a rort. One way to get an extra $25 out of you. You didn't actually get to talk to anybody it was all done online. The key was in a lockbox that was extremely hard to open. Had to get a resident to help me 😢. He was lovely and very helpful. Definitely need someone like this to help with checking in.
