Negative: I did not like that you were charged $25 non refundable damage deposit. What a rort. One way to get an extra $25 out of you. You didn't actually get to talk to anybody it was all done online. The key was in a lockbox that was extremely hard to open. Had to get a resident to help me 😢. He was lovely and very helpful. Definitely need someone like this to help with checking in.

Lovely property, would stay again

Positive: Nice clean modern apartment with easy check in instructions. Cafe on site and others nearby. Woolworths walking distance Negative: No aircon in bedrooms only living area

Good but could be better Positive: Location view and safety Negative: Beds pillow were terrible couldn’t sleep and no ventilation to room. No milk frother for coffees

Fantastic modern condo with a view! Positive: The corner unit looked out onto a lovely park. The unit is high enough that you didn’t need to close the curtains. Plenty of windows let the beautiful sunshine in… although, they could use a wash. :) 2 bathrooms and laundry made it easy to reset from traveling. Secure parking was nice when coming in late. There wasn’t a breakfast included. A full kitchen made it easy to bring our groceries in and prepare our own. Negative: Seriously, my one and only complaint was there wasn’t a French press/plunger. I bring my own coffee and like it strong. They do have a Nespresso and supply pods but they aren’t strong enough for my taste. This is a really silly complaint, I know.
