Positive: Great quiet location, comfy beds, clean and tidy
Negative: Could do with blackout curtains for street lights shining in window and a fan for each bedrooms as it got quite hot for everyone and there was only 1.

Relaxing cosy stay good location would stay here again!
Positive: Good location to shopping centre Woolworths coffee shops. Very cosy and warm house with courtyard very quiet area. Bed 10/10 Very clean. Hosts contacted us after checking in to make sure everything was okay with our stay.

Great for couples!!
Positive: I liked that it was in the most convenient area for shopping at Te Awa, the base stores, and not far from our birthday destination..

Exceptional accommodation and value for money just out of Hamilton City
Positive: Modern, clean and comfortable with all amenities. The host instructions and communication was very clear, prompt and helpful. Our stay was 10/10 and highly recommended.
