Warm, Modern & Close to Shopping! - By KOSH BNB

Great location just a couple of things lacking that I think could easily be sorted. Positive: The place was what I was expecting and looked nice and very clean. Excellent area and close to shops as described. Negative: When we got there I tried to get the instructions and code to get in and even messaged Kosh. They told me I must have them and I know I didn't, so spent 20 minutes hunting with a baby in the back seat. Finally I mentioned was it that the booking was still pending even though I had been emailed that it had been approved. 2 minutes later the instructions were available. Wouldn't normally be too big an issue but fraught parents with crying baby. Also lounge suit was not really that comfortable for 4 people which was a shame.

Highly recommend this place Positive: This place has everything you need! If I ever need accommodation in Hamilton again I'd want to stay here. Its a nice and quiet area and its only a couple of minutes drive to town. Negative: No issues

Positive: Great quiet location, comfy beds, clean and tidy Negative: Could do with blackout curtains for street lights shining in window and a fan for each bedrooms as it got quite hot for everyone and there was only 1.

Relaxing cosy stay good location would stay here again! Positive: Good location to shopping centre Woolworths coffee shops. Very cosy and warm house with courtyard very quiet area. Bed 10/10 Very clean. Hosts contacted us after checking in to make sure everything was okay with our stay. Negative: Nothing

Great for couples!! Positive: I liked that it was in the most convenient area for shopping at Te Awa, the base stores, and not far from our birthday destination..
