The house was very clean and tidy and was very nice and warm even on the cold winter’s morning. The games room was a gre
Positive: It was very warm and the kids enjoyed the games room. Staff were quick to respond to any issues.
Negative: The side of the blinds in the bedroom let sun in early in the morning right onto the pillow area. Dartboard is quite old and well used.

Perfect house and perfect host
Positive: The house was beautiful. It had good sound proofing so was very quiet. When we arrived there was someone in our car park from the unit next door. A quick call to the property manager had this resolved before we had even unlocked the door to our unit.

Exactly what was required.
Positive: Levi & the team were receptive and helpful. They came and replaced a dysfunctional coffee machine within an hour if being contacted.
