Positive: Very nice, clean, comfortable and quiet.
Communication was great.
Negative: Check in was a little frustrating and the $50 non refundable fee is not right.

Positive: Very convenient and fully-equipped. Check-in/out process was simple and staffs' hospitality was heartwarming. Parking, location, cozy private garden were also good.
