Perfect for our stay Positive: Very clean, everything you needed

Positive: Two of the main reasons we chose Kosh BNB were the ground floor and private garage. We looked at quite a few two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments in this city before deciding where to stay. There were many options, but a lot of them required climbing stairs. Since we were traveling with three generations of family, including both elderly family members and a young child, we really wanted to avoid having everyone climb stairs—not to mention having to carry all of our luggage upstairs. Also, we had rented a very large vehicle, and it fit comfortably in the garage, which was incredibly convenient and gave us peace of mind. Once we arrived, we were even more impressed. All of the fixtures and appliances were very new, and the entire apartment was exceptionally clean and well maintained. There is also a laundry area inside the garage, which was very convenient. Just a note: the dryer seemed to take quite a while to dry clothes, so you may want to allow extra time for it. The apartment also has its own private outdoor area with a table and chairs. If the weather is nice, it would be a lovely spot to have a picnic or enjoy some time outside. The kitchen was very well equipped with pretty much everything we needed. We made simple breakfasts during our stay, and the kitchen had almost every utensil, dish, and cooking item we needed. We also really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the apartment. There were toys and board games for both children and adults, as well as storybooks, in the living room and garage. These little details made the apartment feel very welcoming and family-friendly. The bedrooms are not large, but the mattresses were very comfortable, and we all slept well. The bathrooms even have heated towel racks, which was a really nice touch. One thing to be aware of before booking: I didn’t realize that we needed to complete a form before arrival in order to receive the code to unlock the key box. Make sure you take care of this first. Negative: The dryer requires a little bit time to dry our winter clothes.

Great place to stay. Positive: Great location and set out really well for a group of our size. Unit had everything you could think of. Beds were super comfortable and layout and flow was great. Very clean and modern. Fully recommend as the place to stay. Negative: Nothing, we could not find a fault.

Positive: Very nice, clean, comfortable and quiet. Communication was great. Negative: Check in was a little frustrating and the $50 non refundable fee is not right.
