Positive: The process to get the door code was horrid. I was required to provide credit card details, photograph my drivers licence front and rear and send a selfie, why on earth do they require my selfie! Then I was required to either pay (an additional) $50 for insurance, or allow the property owner to access $200 from my credit card and hold it for five days. Had I known I had to go through that process I’d have booked elsewhere. It’s too hard people, the property owners simply need honour the booking and provide an access code.

Central location. Comfortable stay. Positive: Great location central to everything in Tauranga. Very clean modern unit with lovely views. Good separation of bedrooms-1 upstairs and I downstairs - each with a bathroom. A bit noisy at night with traffic on the busy road below but not too bad. Comfy beds and good kitchen area. Negative: A bit of road noise at night.

Lovely Comfortable 3 Night Stay Positive: Spacious well appointment villa, facility to charge our plug in Hybrid was excellent. Negative: Difficulty in accessing the garage with our vehicle due to the narrow driveway.
