Highly recommend Positive: Easy to follow intructions for check in and out. Spacious, clean, kitchen well equipped, fridge and freezer, washing machine (no dryer) airing racks available though, central with apartments all around yet still has privacy with patio front and back. Beds comfortable. 1 car park outside unit. Within easy walking distance of city center, supermarkets, bus depot. 3 adults, 1 child. Negative: There's nothing we didnt like but if we must it would be the dishwasher. Kept flashing on 3hr wash. Instructions would have been useful. Had more instructions on coffee machine! Minor flaw.

Positive: Convenience. Comfortable and clean Negative: Waiting till I had paid in full and only then disclosing there is a $25 damage fee or a one off $200 refundable "who knows when" payment . It wasn't a reasonable price to rent for one night, so I definitely would not have booked it if I knew there was an extra $25 fee. It is very Underhanded and Dshonest. It is just plain Greed!! The shower door doesn't stay closed. And it needs a good scrub in corners and around the bottom with something like Jiff or Ajax .

No compassion! Positive: nothing Negative: I told them the day after I booked it in june that I had accidentally booked the wrong date and they would not let me cancel it , then later I tried to change the date to at least a different date that I could make it and they would not allow me to change the date even though they had vacancy on multiple alternate dates that I tried so now I have just wasted two hundred and forty dollars. have a bit of compassion for somebody who made a mistake!

Will definitely be back Positive: Great location. Really clean and tidy place. Check in instructions were easy to follow. Very attentive host. Lovely cafe basically next door which was great too.
